Here is yet another book, written a short time compared to the previous, Prof. Bruno Liberalotto Onorelli.
This time the author has competed in collecting the testimonies of several elderly, some relegated, often reluctantly, care facilities, while others are so-called “rebels”, who managed to maintain independence while remaining undisturbed in their homes.
The most striking aspect is that the professor did not talk about the past experiences of the elders interviewed by himself, but of their present. And it does so with a style all its own, not at all boring even when it comes to telling the sad stories of those who, having reached old age, I’m been coercizzati by their families to reside in nursing homes. Use as a language accessible and always young, so the book is crisp and pleasant to read.
